Members of the art movement De Stijl were aiming for a radical reformation of the arts, limited to a minimum of colours, straight lines and the simplest design possible. But early in the 18th century there too was a counter reaction to the complicated baroque, one based on the need for overview. Composers like Mozart and Beethoven brought clarity. How does this sound? Enter this string trio, consisting of violinist Ruña 't Hart – who was awarded 2016 a violin scholarship of the Kersjesfonds in 2016 - violist Elisa Karen Tavenier, and cellist Kalle de Bie.
