The 23-year-old violinist Niek Baar completed his bachelor’s at the Koninklijk Conservatorium with honours and is currently studying at the Hanns Eisler Academy of Music in Berlin. Niek recently became one of the 25 violinists selected from throughout the world to play in the preliminary round of the Johann Sebastian Bach Competition in Leipzig.
