Guy (1992) is an Israeli harpsichordist, fortepianist and pianist who has moved to the Netherlands in 2017. He started his piano studies at the age of 8 with Mrs. Natalia Blumenfeld at the Israel Conservatory of Music and later, attended the Thelma Yellin High School of Arts. In 2016 he obtained his Bachelor of Music diploma from the Buchmann-Mehta School of Music in Tel Aviv under the guidance of Prof. Asaf Zohar. In 2018, Guy graduated the Master of Music program at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam after studying piano performance with Prof. Naum Grubert. While studying piano, he showed interest in Early Music and started having harpsichord lessons with Prof. Johan Hofmann. Guy is currently studying harpsichord with Menno van Delft, basso continuo with Kris Verhelst and fortepiano with Olga Pashchenko. Guy performs as a soloist and as a member of various ensembles. He won prizes in several competitions, performed in music festivals of the Jerusalem Music Center and recorded for the Israeli radio. He was granted scholarships such as the Holland Scholarship and the America-Israel Cultural Foundation scholarships.
