Jure Jurakic (2006) comes from a musical litter and started playing the piano at the age of seven. Jure is currently completing a preparatory course at the Royal Conservatory in The Hague, with his teacher Kamilla Bystrova. He has also followed master classes with Elena Plyashkevich at the Gnessin School of Music.
In 2018 he won the second prize and the audience prize at the Steinway piano competition, and was invited to two festivals "Classical on the Amstelveld" in Amsterdam, and "Moscow meets Friends" by Vladimir Spivakov in Moscow. In 2019 he won second prize at the YPF competition. Jure received masterclasses from Elena Plyashkevich at the Gnessin School of Music.
Jure plays a varied program by various composers this afternoon.
