Getting to Vuurtoreneiland

In the port of IJburg, at Krijn Taconiskade 124, you can take the ferry to Vuurtoreneiland for the Keuris Quartet concerts on Monday 17, Tuesday 18, and Wednesday 19 August (Tram 26 from Amsterdam CS, station IJburg).

Itinerary for morning concerts is as follows:

• 08:15 uur: gather at Krijn Taconiskade 124
• 08:30 uur: ferry departure to Vuurtoreneiland from IJburg - breakfast on board
• 09:15 uur: concert Keuris Quartet
• 11:00 uur: ferry departure back to IJburg
• 12:00 uur: arrival Krijn Takoniskade

Itinerary for afternoon concerts:

• 12:15 uur: gather at Krijn Taconiskade 124
• 12:30 uur: ferry departure to Vuurtoreneiland from IJburg with brunch / lunch on board
• 13:15 uur: concert Keuris Quartet
• 15:00 uur: ferry departure back to port of IJburg
• 16:00 uur: arrival Krijn Takoniskade

Please note that starting time of the concert may vary and is based on time of arrival on Vuurtoreneiland.


Getting to Forteiland Pampus

At the port of IJburg, at Krijn Taconiskade 124, you can take the ferry to Forteiland Pampus for the Vespucci Kwartet on Saturday 15 August. (Tram 26 from Amsterdam CS, station IJburg).

Itinerary for the concert is as follows:

• 11.00 uur: ferry departure from IJburg to Forteiland Pampus
• 12.15 uur: concert Vespucci Kwartet
• 13.15 uur: leisure time for e.g. lunch/catering (not included)
• 14.00 uur: guided tour through the fort and "tentoonStelling" (exposition)
• 14.45 uur: ferry departure back to IJburg


Getting to HEMbrugterrein

The HEMbrug area can be reached by bicycle with a 10 minute ride from train station Zaandam. Or you take the ferry at Hempontplein in Zaandam, departure ferry every 20 minutes and journey takes approx. 10 minutes. Please check public transport website [link] for more info and departure hours.

The HEMbrug cannot be reached by car.
