Hans Voschezang was born in The Hague and studied voice at the Utrecht Conservatory and subsequently at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London. He studied with renowned teachers including Henny Diemer and Rudolf Piernay. During his studies Hans Voschezang took part in various productions and sang opera roles, which include Argante in Handel's Rinaldo and the title role in Puccini's Gianni Schicchi.
