Soprano Eva Fiechter recently embodied a critically acclaimed Bianca (Bianca e Fernando/Bellini) with Opera St-Moritz and Donna Anna (Don Giovanni/Mozart) in Kuwait. Last season she made her debut in Verdi’s Requiem in Basel and Mendelssohn’s "Lobgesang" in Geneva. This season she will be performing the leading role of Norina (I Pazzi per Progetto/Donizetti) in Zürich with the Opernverein and Festpiele Zürich. Next projects include The Rachmaninov Recital for the Megève Festival Savoy Truffle with virtuoso pianist Irina Shkurindina and the leading role of Jeanne (Les Trois Baisers du Diable) in Geneva. Repertoire include Contezza Almavia (Le nozze di Figaro), Fiordiligi (Cosi fan tutte), Giulietta (I capuletti e I Montecchi) or Michaela (Carmen).
She studied with Claire Tièche and Denis O'Neill. She has been a member of the George Solti Accademia, the Wales International Academy of Voice, the Lotte Lehmann Akademie, as well as the Lyric Opera Studio Weimar. She is sponsored by the dutch couturier Peter George d'Angelino Tap.
