Winnaars van de Kersjesprijs 2022! De oprichting van het Chianti Ensemble vond plaats na een toernee van kamermuziekconcerten in de beroemde regio Toscane: vijf muzikantenvrienden, samengebracht om te spelen dankzij een gelukkige reeks omstandigheden, die bereid waren om deze muzikale ontmoeting verder te verkennen. Het ensemble – een klassiek pianokwintet – bestaat uit vijf jonge topmusici: Shin Sihan, Yamen Saadi (violen), Takehiro Konoe (altviool), Alexander Warenberg (cello) en Nathalia Milstein (piano). Zij spelen in verschillende combinaties; van duo tot kwintet. Hoewel ze elkaar ontmoetten in Berlijn, spelen hun individuele carrières zich door heel Europa af.
The Chianti Ensemble wins Kersjes Fonds 2022! The creation of the Chianti Ensemble took place after a tour of chamber music concerts in the famous Tuscany region: five musician friends, brought to play together thanks to a happy set of circumstances, willing to explore this musical encounter further. The configuration of the ensemble - a classical piano quintet - allows Shin Sihan, Yamen Saadi (violins), Takehiro Konoe (viola), Alexander Warenberg (cello) and Nathalia Milstein (piano) to perform highlights of the chamber music repertoire in different combinations, from duo to quintet. While having met in Berlin, the members of the Chanti Ensemble pursue their individual studies and careers all over Europe.
