In Jong Talent in de Oude Wester, various laureates of the Prinses Christina Concours perform in the iconic Westerkerk, Amsterdam. Together with Evan Bogerd, the organist of the Westerkerk, a young talent plays a alternately programme of solo pieces and pieces together with the organ. Today: classical saxophone player Lisa Schreiber.
Lisa Schreiber (2000) started playing classical saxophone at the age of eight and won several youth competitions, such as 'Jugend musiziert' and the 'Prinses Christina Concours' in both categories solo and chamber music. Lisa started her studies at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam in 2018 and became part of saxophone coryphee Arno Bornkamp's class, at whom she is currently studying.
