Jelmer de Moed is a young ambitious clarinetist. He started taking clarinet lessons at the age of 8 and followed a preparatory course at ArtEZ with Corien
Captain. In 2017 he completed his Bachelor cum laude with Arno Piters and Hans Colbers at the Conservatory of Amsterdam and he is currently studying for his Master with Martin Spangenberg at the "Hochschule für Musik Hanns Eisler" in Berlin. In addition to his studies, Jelmer gives concerts in the Netherlands and abroad, in ensembles and as a soloist.
Pieter de Koe (1994) is a driven chamber music musician, active as a cellist throughout Europe and played chamber music concerts in Casa
da Música in Portugal, Sala São Paulo in Brazil, the Concertgebouw Amsterdam and the Doelen Rotterdam. He studied at the Sweelinck Academy with Monique Bartels and already won prizes at various competitions at a young age. He graduated cum laude at the Royal Conservatory in The Hague with Michel Strauss and Jan Ype Nota. Meanwhile, Pieter is studying at the master's degree program at the Musikhochschule Freiburg with Jean-Guihen Queyras.
Pieter plays a beautiful Dutch Johannes Theodorus Cuypers cello (1775-1780), made available to him by the National Musical Instrument Fund.
